The vast and largely unpopulated central area of Mid Wales is the off-road biker's paradise. There are thousands of miles of tracks and bridleways crossing the rugged moorland, mountains and forestry of the Cambrian Mountains, Elan and Wye Valleys and Radnor Forest.
